Registration Policies

Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellation fees will apply to all refund requests, unless we cancel the class due to low enrollment.
$50 Cancellation fee AND 50% of tuition cost will apply to all refund requests, including last minute refund requests, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Registration processing fee: will be included with your payment and is non-refundable (no exceptions). This fee, helps us run this platform.
Multi-Session Refunds: If you registered your student for more than 1 session, you will be charged a $50 Cancellation fee AND 50% of the tuition cost for the 2nd session will be deducted. If you're child has attended classes, you will forfeit the tuition cost for the remainder of the classes. There are no refunds for “Class Materials Fees” after attending and completing the first class If you're child has attended classes, you will forfeit the tuition cost for the remainder of the classes.
A full refund will ONLY be given when the following are met:
Class cancellation by SA. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process, based on our accounting cycle.
More about refunds:
SA reserves the right to take a student out of the program due to excessive disruptive behavior.
Refunds will ONLY be issued within the year of the Class you registered for.
In-Person Class Safety Protocols: We will be Following each District’s COVID Protocol. We take student and Staff Safety very seriously. We will take all precautions and Follow Protocols in place by each District.
